Claims are managed over the phone by our appointed claim administrator AutoProtect (MBI) Ltd. A large number of small teams present a ‘human face’ and will work to get you back on the road quickly.

Policy Amendments & Cancellations
There is no admin charge for policy amendments.
You have 21 days cooling-off period with full refund and, if you decide to cancel after 21 days, you only pay premium calculated on a pro-rata basis for the time your policy has been in force plus an admin fee, unless of course we have paid, authorised or incurred costs in relation to a claim.
